Member Advance Sale March 23 - May 7, 2006: During the Member Advance
Sale, only current member orders will be filled, according to the
IMPORTANT REMINDER: In fairness to all members, purchase of reserved
tickets is limited during Member Advance Sale, depending on level of
membership. See chart at right. There are no purchase limits on lawn
GENERAL PUBLIC SALES BEGIN MAY 8: Payment for non-member orders will be
processed at the time the order is received but orders will not be
ticketed until after May 8. A refund will be issued if we are unable to
fill your order. All non-member orders are subject to a non-refundable
handling fee of $5.

During the mail only period, orders received prior to the first day
processing for each Member level will be randomly filled with those
received on the first day. After the first day, all orders are processed
according to postmark. In fairness to out-of-town members, hand
delivered orders received during this period will be delayed by
April 7 - May 7 - Phone, Fax, Mail, E-mail, Internet and Counter Sales,
(216 W. Main Street, Medford) processed for all Member levels according
to date and time received.
IMPORTANT: Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders
that do not include the service charge, or that are inaccurate or
incomplete will be delayed.
TICKET AVAILABILITY: If ordering premium reserved seats and they are not
available, we will substitute with regular reserved seats and post the
difference to your Britt account. If all reserved seating is sold out,
we will not substitute with lawn tickets unless you specify that option
at the bottom of the order form.

WHERE TO BUY TICKETS: Tickets are only available through the main box
office in Medford until the season begins. On performance days, tickets
may also be purchased at the Britt Pavilion in Jacksonville beginning at
3 p.m. or the Lithia Motors Amphitheater beginning three hours before
show time. To order online, visit our website at brittfest.org.
Main Box Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Starting in
June, the Medford box office will also be open Saturdays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
and Sundays (performance days only), 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
HANDLING FEE: A $5 handling fee is applied to all phone, mail, fax,
e-mail and internet orders. Orders received without payment or handling
fee will not be processed. There is no fee for tickets purchased over
EXCHANGES: Ticket exchanges are allowed for current Britt members only.
Exchanges must be made through the Britt main box office no less than
seven (7) days prior to the performance. An exchange fee of $2 per
ticket will be charged for exchanges. No cash refunds for price
MEMBER DISCOUNT COUPONS: May be redeemed by mail or in person at all box
office locations. Coupon must accompany order and can only be used
toward single, full-price adult tickets. Limit one coupon per ticket.

CHILDREN’S PRICES: A ticket is required for all children (0–12)
including babies in arms. Children’s prices are for lawn seating only.
Children in reserved seating are required to have a reserved seat ticket
and must sit in the seat indicated on that ticket. Out of consideration
for other patrons, please use discretion when choosing to bring a young
child or infant.
COUNTY FEE: The price of each ticket includes a $3 Jackson County Parks
User Fee (Britt Pavilion only).
